Sponsorship when joining the international payment systems

If your Bank is planning to participate in developing card business, Raiffeisen Bank Aval being a Principal Member of international payment systems Visa International and MasterCard International Incorporated offers your Bank services in assistance to get membership to these international payment systems as associate/affiliate member, namely:

• to provide information concerning rules and procedures in order to get membership to international payment systems;

• to rent the methodical support when drawing up documentation required for membership in the international payment systems as well as development of typical contract forms used while carrying-out issue;

• to give consultation on organizational, technical and financial subjects connected with cards using;

• to provide information of payments systems on alterations in operational rules of payment cards service;

• to represent of your Bank’ interests in international payment systems;

• operating as clearing Bank.

Our Bank acts as a sponsor (guarantor) for 20 banks — associate/affiliate members of Visa International і MasterCard International Incorporated and guarantees their fulfillment of financial obligations to payment systems and support settlements to the international payment systems by means of cards issued by these banks.

• wide ATM network — over 2,300 ATMs throughout Ukraine;

• acceptable level of commission;

• utterly low sum of guarantee deposit — the initial sum at the rate of 50 thousand EUR (further it is established at the rate of fortnight turnover on operations with bank cards);

• 8-year experience in associate/affiliate members cooperation;

• charge of interests to the rest of guarantee cover;

• your Bank may use of services of Ukrainian Processing Centre providing strict confidence of account balances data and transaction details of your Bank’ clients for bank sponsor;
