Documentary Transactions

We offer the following documentary transactions:

  • issue of guarantees, opening of letters of credit, collections, guaranteeing and discounting of bill of exchanges on client request;
  • servicing of guarantees, letters of credit and collections at client’s request .

The Bank has been actively co-operating with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development under the Trade Finance Programme (TFP) since 2004.

In 2008, Raiffeisen Bank Aval became the first Ukrainian bank to co-operate with the International Finance Corporation under the Global Trade Finance Development Programme (GTFP); the bank is still active in this programme now.
