Twenty-Four-Hour Acquiring Support Centre

Twenty-Four-Hour Acquiring Support Centre (TSC) is a new service of Raiffeisen Bank Aval created to improve our acquiring services.

Currently, the Twenty-Four-Hour Support Centre provides the following services:

  • Providing general information on acquiring and scheduling an appointment with a representative of the Bank for further business development;
  • Providing technical intstructions on terminal usage and operation and if necessary taking applications to call a technical specialist;
  • Providing consultations to representatives of the companies on cards servicing, according to the instructions and rules of the international payment systems;
  • Providing consultations on problematic operations;
  • Completion of the transaction with code 120. For operations security and card security acquirer (bank) sets POS-terminal limit (code 120). If the limit is exceeded, the merchant is obliged to verify the bank card by specified ID — bank identification number;
  • Acceptance of orders for the statements; automatic statement receiving; providing statement for the required period;
  • Assistance in solution problematic situations between Merchant and the Bank in terms of settlements.

JSC Raiffeisen Bank Aval’s Twenty-Four-Hour Support Centre shall continue providing additional acquiring services for its clients.
