Raiffeisen Bank Aval provides securities custody services based on License for Custodianship Series AB No. 376755 dd. 19.10.2007.

As a custodian, Raiffeisen Bank Aval is one of the founders and members of Interregional Stock Union JSC Depositary.

The Bank has accounts in securities in all operating depositaries in Ukraine:

• Interregional Stock Union JSC

• National Depositary of Ukraine JSC

• State Securities Depositary of NBU.

As a custodian, Raiffeisen Bank Aval offers legal entities of any ownership type and private individuals the full range of depositary services based on contracts for opening and servicing of accounts in securities:

• opening an account for accounting corporate and state securities deposited with the custodian;

• immobilisation of customer’s documentary securities and providing for their circulation as an electronic entry in their owner’s account;

• conversion of securities into physical certificated form for their further registration with the registrar;

• registration of the change of securities ownership by the customer’s order;

• participation in meetings of shareholders by the customer’s order;

• receiving profit from securities deposited with the custodian with its further crediting to the customer’s accounts by his or her order or cash-in for private individuals;

• investment funds and companies depository services;

• services for joint investment institutions and non-governmental pension funds.
