The general section includes:

the exchange rates, established by the Bank's Head Office

NBU exchange rates

The personal information section enables you to:

control the balance on your card account

receive an account statement by fax as of a desired date.

Personal information is provided to those people, who have registered for this service. In order to register for this service, you should receive a unique personal identification code by calling the Call-Centre (the telephone numbers are given above).
