If you have lost your card

1Immediate notify Raiffeisen Bank Aval of the loss (theft) of your card, Tel:  (044) 490-88-88, 0 (800) 500-5000 (free of charge within Ukraine), 521 (for UMC subscribers) — 24-hour call centre
2Notify Raiffeisen Bank Aval in writing. A verbal notification of the loss (theft) of a card must be confirmed by the holder, in writing, within 3 working days of the verbal notification.

Costs related to placing the card on a stop-list are borne by the holder according to the Bank's rates. Card stoppage can only be cancelled with the holder's written consent.
