How to make a transfer

  • Come to the nearest branch of Raiffeisen Bank Aval or its ðartner bank offering Aval Express services. To find out addresses and working hours call to our Information Centre at 0-800-500-500 (for Ukraine) or 490-88-88 (for Kyiv).
  • Fill in the Transfer form indicating the mount and full name of the consignee. If you wish, you can indicate the date by which the consignee cannot cash in the transfer.
  • Pain the transfer amount and fee.
  • Communicate you full name, the transfer amount and 12-digit code (or the answer to the code question) to the consignee. You can also attach a 250-characters message for the consignee to the transfer for an additional UAH1 fee.

How to receive a transfer

  • Come to the nearest branch of Raiffeisen Bank Aval or its ðartner bank offering Aval Express services irrespective of your place of residence and registration. Bring a passport or its substituting document.
  • Fill in the Receive form by indicating the sender’s full name, expected transfer amount and the unique 12-digit code (or the answer to the code question).
  • Receive the money in the currency of the transfer.
