Can I use Raiffeisen Online System at night or during weekends and holidays?

Yes, you can. The system works in 24/7 operation mode (excluding technical maintenance works).

Can I use the Raiffeisen Online System outside Ukraine?

Yes, the system access is available in any country. All you need is Internet access for active mode (transfers and payments) you must also have roaming in order to be able to confirm transaction by one-time password which will be send via sms.

By which web browsers is the Raiffeisen Online System supported?

Raiffeisen Online System operates correctly only in the following browsers:

Internet Explorer - since version 7.0 and above
Mozilla Firefox – since version 3.0 and above
Opera – since version 10.0 and above
Chrome –since version 12.0.742 and above
Safari – starting from 4.0 version and higher

What is used as a login in Raiffeisen Online System?

Customer identification number is used as a login. It consists 8 digits provided on the back side of the identification card.

What is the Secret code (PIN) in Raiffeisen Online System?

It is a 4 digit code placed on the identification card and covered by scratch protection line. Please always keep this code in secret. It is also serves as a password for first login to the system and should be necessarily changed to your own Password (if you forgot them).

What does a Temporary password mean?

It’s a 5-digit code generated by the System and sent to the User via SMS-notification to the mobile phone number stated in the Agreement for Direct Debit and Information Services in Raiffeisen Online System.

What is a One-time password?

It’s a 6-digit code which is an electronic signature of the User as well as an analogue of his/her personal signature on the Direct Debit Order. The One-time password is generated by the System and sent to the User right before initiation of each Direct Debit Order, it is sent via SMS-notification to the mobile phone number stated in this Agreement.

Why do I need a One-time password?

A One-time password is used to confirm your money transaction, namely for payments and transfers (in active mode).

How long does this One-time password and Temporary password remains valid?

One-time password and Temporary password are valid during 10 minutes.

What should I do if I didn’t receive a Temporary password to my mobile phone?

If you are trying to enter the system for the first time and didn't get the Temporary password to your mobile phone (for example due to mobile services provider problems), please re-enter the Raiffeisen Online System login and Password (Secret code (PIN)) in order to initiate receiving a new sms with the new password.

What should I do if I have lost my mobile phone to which sms with one-time password to be sent?

Please contact the bank Call center per telephone numbers 0 800 500 500 for calls within Ukraine, (044) 490-88-88 (for call within Kiev and from abroad) or 521 from mobile phone (for MTC users) to block the Raiffeisen Online Service.

Visit any branch of Raiffeisen Bank Aval again to change the mobile phone number to which sms with One-time password and Temporary password should be sent. Please have your passport and tax ID certificate when visiting the branch for this purpose.

What should I do if my customer identification card has been lost /stolen/or its data have become known to 3-rd party?

If your customer identification card was lost/stolen/its data have become known to 3rd party, then you should:

  • Contact the bank’s Call Center by telephones 0 800 500 500 for calls within Ukraine, (044) 490-88-88 (for calls within Kiev or from abroad) or 521 from mobile (for MTC users) to block the Raiffeisen Online Service.
  • Visit any branch of Raiffesen Band Aval with your personality identification documents to get a new customer identification card.

What should I do if I forgot my Password to Raiffeisen Online System?
  • Contact the bank’s Call Center by telephones 0 800 500 500 for calls within Ukraine, (044) 490-88-88 (for calls within Kiev or from abroad) or 521 from mobile (for MTC users).
  • Identify yourself using the CIN-code and inform that your Password should be reset.
  • After successful identification via CIN-code the Call-Center’s operator will reset your login password to Secret Code (PIN).
  • After that please enter Raiffeisen Online system via the first login procedure (specify your login and Secret code (PIN) from customer identification card and your Temporary password which you will receive via SMS, set your Password which you will use in the future on a permanent basis for every login to the System.

I want to temporally block my access to Raiffeisen Online System? What should I do?

You should contact the bank’s Call Center for blocking the Internet banking channel. Please visit Raiffeisen Bank Aval branch than for re-activating the Internet banking again.
