Electronic vouchers

If you:

Use pre-paid mobile communications such as - Sim-Sim, Uni or Ace&Base;
Show preference to internet access via internet cards;
Call abroad using IP-telephony cards;
Buy access cards for these services in shops and kiosks,

You can now obtain their equivalent - an electronic voucher - at the Bank's network of ATMs.

What is an electronic voucher?

In buying an access card to the internet, IP-telephony or Sim-Sim, Uni, or Ace&Base services, you are actually buying a secret code to these services, which are received after entering the code to the relevant system.

An electronic voucher is such an access code, but in paper form as opposed to plastic card form.

Advantages:

Electronic vouchers are always available.
You are guaranteed informational support from the Bank 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

What is shown on the electronic voucher?

The electronic voucher, purchased at the Bank's network of ATMs reflects:

The name of the company, which has issued the electronic voucher:
- UMC, if you have purchased a Sim-Sim electronic voucher;
- Golden Telecom, for Uni;
- KyivStar, for Ace&Base.
Name of pre-paid services: Sim-Sim, Uni, Ace&Base, Svit-Online, Allo.
Face value of replenishment: number of units. You can obtain additional Sim-Sim mobile phone access for as little as UAH 30 or Ace&Base for UAH 50. Service operators determine the denominations for other pre-paid services.
Electronic voucher value.
Replenishment code: a digital code, which you can use to receive or replenish a pre-paid service.
Instruction for use: having followed all the instructions set out on the electronic voucher, you can obtain or replenish the service for which you have purchased the voucher.

Where can electronic vouchers be purchased?

The number of the Bank's network of ATMs increases every day.

What do you need to purchase an electronic voucher?

All you need is adequate funds.

The value of an electronic voucher is determined by the service operator, but is no more than the value of an access card for the same amount.

You can pay for your voucher using any payment card you hold, issued by any Ukrainian or foreign bank.

Should you have any questions, the call centres of pre-paid service operators whose numbers are indicated on the electronic vouchers, are always available.
