 | Odessa oblast branch of "Aval" bank has carried out the next working presentation of the program "Aval-Chance" of 2003-200426.11.2003 
Odessa. November, 26 2003. — Odessa oblast branch of "Aval" bank has carried out the next working presentation of the program "Aval-Chance" of 2003-2004, reported the Bank press service with reference to the department for marketing and work with VIP-clients of Odessa oblast branch of the JSPPB "Aval". According to the branch, the presentation took place in the big assembly hall of Odessa state economic university with involvement of chiefs of departments, experts of Odessa regional branch, Odessa regional TV. During presentation the manager of Odessa oblast branch of "Aval" bank Vladimir RYAZANTSEV congratulated students on the past Student's Day. Explaining the essence of project he stressed, that "the Bank staff is his fixed capital". According to the branch manager, "Aval" bank sees its future in attracting young, perspective, competent employees for cooperation. "The purpose of the project — selection of the best. On time of graduating from the university participation in the project will allow them to be not the beginning but prepared Bank employees ready for full-function work", — reported V.RYAZANTSEV. As it was reported in the department for marketing of Odessa oblast branch, during the action the computer presentation of the project was carried out which gave a clear idea about the Bank, its activity, possibilities in development of clients' business and career of its employees. Natalia RYLOVA, the chief of the South Regional Education Centre of the JSPPB "Aval" told about the results of the last year program and working conditions in this educational year. According to her, popularity of the program is connected with a wide resonance which the program received last educational year. From 43 students of 3-4 year which passed selection for enrolment to a personnel reserve, 37 expressed willingness to pass training in regional divisions of the Bank during summer holidays. By results of the last academic year excellent references received Irina Rak (Tyachevsk department of Zakarpatye oblast branch), Irina Kolyada (Kherson oblast directorate), Lesya Samoylenko (Svetlovodsk department of Kirovograd oblast directorate), Vitaliy Vergelis, Elena Golikova, Dmitry Grinko, Marina Dikaya, Christina Dokova, Anna Naval, Elena Oznobishina, Irina Pedos, Sergey Jakovchuk (Odessa departments of Odessa oblast branch), Darya Kondratyuk, Olga Kostaryova, Anna Prilutskaya (Izmail department of Odessa oblast branch), Ekaterina Dudnik (Ovidiopol department of Odessa oblast branch). As N.RYLOVA reported, "these guys not only got acquainted with Bank work, but helped during summer holidays within their powers". In particular, they participate in marketing researches with the purpose of definition of the most effective place of new departments, worked as agents under programs for consumer crediting, participate in development of advertising actions and promotion of new products in Bank divisions of Odessa. At the end of presentation the chief of the department for payment cards Oksana Bobyor carried out a draw of 15 student's cards ISIC-MAESTRO — the unique card product developed by the company "STI-Ukraine" and "Aval" bank.
