Tender Guarantee

Letter of Tender Guarantee

A Tender Guarantee is provided by the Bank to a client to participate in tender bidding.
This is an undertaking under which the Bank assumed a financial obligation to compensate the tender administrator in case of failure by the bidder to meet the tender conditions (holder of the tender guarantee).
Use of the tender guarantee of Raiffeisen Bank Aval provides the tender administrator with confidence and stability as regards bidders’ compliance with tender terms and conditions, while the bidders themselves secure a competitive advantage in the tendering process.
A Tender Guarantee is available to:

Ukrainian residents — Ukrainian residents — corporate entities and sole proprietors.
who take part in competitive bidding.

The following serves as backing of a tender guarantee:

for corporate entities — an “SME-Partner” deposit
for sole proprietors — cash in a backing account
