Oleksandr Pysaruk
The Chairman of the Board

Born in 1965 in Mykolaiv. Mr. Pysaruk has higher technical and economic education.

In the banking sphere since 1992. Mr. Pysaruk has occupied top management posts in commercial banks in Ukraine and countries of Central and Eastern Europe.

In 2014-2015, he occupied the position of First Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine.

From June 2016 to August 2019, Mr. Pysaruk worked in the International Monetary Fund.

From 3 October 2019, he has occupied the post of Chairman of the Board of Raiffeisen Bank Aval.

Married. Has three children.

Gerhard Bösch
First Deputy Chairman of the Board

Born in 1957, Mr. Bösch holds a Masters in Economic Sociology from the University of Vienna. He is a veteran banker of 24 years’ experience, 17 as a manager.

Mr. Bösch has significant experience working with corporate clients and insurance companies, in the restructuring of commercial banks, and in the analysis of strategies for optimizing business efficiency.

During the period 1986 to 1993, Mr. Bösch concentrated on interest rates analysis and currency forecasts. Subsequently, during 1993 to 2004, he served as Head of Treasury and Investment Banking, Head of Treasury and Capital Markets, Head of Commercial Banking, Head of the Negotiating Team and Treasury Department. During 2004 to 2006, he served as Head of the World Treasury and Markets Division in Raiffeisen Zentralbank. Since November of 2010, he has served as First Deputy Chairman of the Board of Raiffeisen Bank Aval.

Mr. Bösch is married.

Robert Kossmann
Deputy Chairman of the Board

Born in 1964 in the USA, Mr. Kossmann received a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking from North Texas University. Prior to working for Raiffeisen International, Mr. Kossmann acquired many years of diverse banking experience in locations ranging from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, to Moldova, Estonia, Lithuania, and Latvia. He joined the Raiffeisen Bank Poland, in charge of SME crediting. Before joining Raiffeisen Bank Aval, Mr. Kossman also worked at Raiffeisen International in Vienna for two years as head of SME Risk Management for the 15-bank Raiffeisen International Network.

From October 2005 to August 2007, he headed the SME business in Raiffeisen Bank Aval. In September 2007, Mr. Kossmann was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Board, responsible for retail business development and the servicing of SME customers.

Natalia Gurina
The Deputy Chairman of the Board

Born in 1975 in Kyiv.

Ms. Gurina is a graduate of Kyiv State Linguistic University, Management in Unproductive Sphere Department, and European University, Finance and Credit Department.

Ms. Gurina has more than 25 years of banking experience. She started her career in March 1994 on the position of Specialist in JSPPB Aval.

Natalia Gurina in different time occupied positions of Economist, Head of Stock Exchange Transactions Unit, Deputy Head of Loan Administration Department, Head of Loan Transactions Monitoring, Control and Administration Department.

In July 2007, she was appointed Deputy Chief Risk Manager — Head of Corporate Risks Division of the Bank.

From January 2012, Ms. Gurina has occupied the post of Deputy Chairman of the Board, responsible for the risk management business vertical.

Married. Has three children.

Oksana Shevchenko
Deputy Chairman of the Board

Born in 1970 in Zaporizhya. She has higher technical and economic education.

Oksana Shevchenko has been working in the banking sector since 1994, and in Raiffeisen Group — since 2001. Ms. Shevchenko is a highly qualified specialist in the spheres of management, organization and improvement of banking processes.

During her work with Raiffeisen Bank Aval, she has been responsible for different directions of the bank’s activity: from 2006 to 2008, she headed Zaporizhya Regional Directorate of Raiffeisen Bank Aval; from 2008 to 2014, she occupied the position of Head of Organization and Process Management Division; from 2014 she has taken the post of Chief Operations Officer being responsible for the back-office operation of the bank, including the centralized unit in Kherson city.

In September 2016, Ms. Shevchenko was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Board, responsible for the bank’s Operations business line.
