A guarantee under which the bank agrees to pay money to the tender organizer if the client (ordering a tender guarantee) fails to fulfill requirements of tender.
Product Information.
Electronic Tender Guarantee Service is provided under the terms of the Banking Service Agreement in accordance with the Guarantee Application, which is signed by a qualified electronic signature of the Client and provided by means of the Electronic Platform in the ProZorro electronic procurement system.
Providing an electronic Tender Guarantee to Microbusiness Clients in the ProZorro electronic procurement system through the Electronic Platform, without visiting the branch, is possible for the following Rife Clients:
- the client has a valid current account, which is opened in the Bank more than 6 months before the date of application for the Guarantee, in IBAN format and is serviced by the Bank under the terms of the Banking Service Agreement (Public Agreement);
- type of client: individual entrepreneur;
- the requested amount of the Guarantee up to and including UAH 150 ths.

| Pay your attention | Pursuant to the requirements of article 671 of the Law of Ukraine On Banks and Banking (hereinafter – Law on Banks), Raiffeisen Bank Aval JSC (hereinafter – Bank) shall submit to the credit register of the National Bank of Ukraine (hereinafter – Credit Register) the information on its credit operations involving the client-debtor, as indicated in part one of article 49 of the Law on Banks, if the amount of debt (principal debt and interests) under such credit operations is equal or exceeds 100 minimum salaries (or a foreign currency equivalent of this amount). The Bank shall submit to the Credit Register the information, the content and scope of which is stipulated by part 3 of article 671 of the Law on Banks, according to the procedure determined by the National Bank of Ukraine |
