Identification

We invite the companies and private entrepreneurs to go through the mandatory re-identification procedure conveniently.

 

Re-identification procedure:

1. Fill in the questionnaire and prepare the documents according to the list below.
2. Sign the filled questionnaire and all the documents with a Qualified electronic signature for the transfer in electronic form or get them certified with an authorized person’s signature and the seal on paper for the transfer by mail or by courier.
3. Send all the documents to the bank and wait for the bank officer’s reply.

 

Methods of document transfer to the Bank:

1. With the help of the new Raiffeisen Business Online (video manual - https://youtu.be/OnjnROcepQ8).
2. Fill in the form on this page.
3. Submit the documents to the bank’s branch directly or send them by postal/courier service to the address of the bank’s branch. 

 

Signing documents correctly:

1. Electronic documents, which are transferred to the bank, must be signed with a QES – qualified electronic signature.

2. Electronic documents, which are transferred via the New Raiffeisen Business Online, must be signed with QES or advanced electronic signature of the Bank.

3. Paper-based documents must be certified with an authorized person’s signature and seal (if any).
