Why I chose Raif

I started working in Raif due to my wife. She sent my CV to HR Division. At that time, they only started creating a team of mobile bankers in Vinnytsia. You can imagine my surprise when they called me in the evening and invited for the interview. After the interview and internship, I realized that it was the place where I could fulfil myself as a professional.

The team that changed everything

I have worked in the bank for eight years. During that period, I had an opportunity to try my hand in nine different positions. I started working here as a mobile banker, worked as an economist and a head of several branches. Currently I work as a manager for small and micro customer acquisition. I worked in 7 teams and I felt unity in every such team.

The Bank’s team is a community of professionals in certain areas who implement together great creative ideas. Employees that have worked in the bank for many years listen to the novices that offer another point of view on the tasks, share the experience received on the market and set new pace. Novices in their turn learn the experience, values and traditions of our bank.

With the passage of time I understood that Raif is not just a place of work for me, it is something more. It is a mode of life.

My advice to newcomers
