I came to the Bank after graduation, without any work experience. I was and am inspired so far by the opportunity to realize my potential in a large company, learn how business and work processes are built in the Bank which is part of the international group, and also to shape these processes. And this year is already the eleventh in my career.
The most valuable thing for me in Raiffeisen Bank Aval – the team. Only with the team become stronger and grow! I also have a dream that I can implement in our Bank. We are talking about the opportunity to help the youth to develop and become professionals, to share acquired knowledge and experience, to shape the future of the banking system of the country. Our Department was one of the first actively involved in the internship program for young professionals.
As my personal life motto is “I care!", I recommend:

- take the initiative!
- don't be shy!
- ask questions to colleagues and managers!
- invest in yourself – your professional development!
