From 1 June Raiffeisen Bank Aval branches will return to normal working mode

We continue to return to a normal working schedule of our branch network.

From Monday, 1 June 2020, branches of Raiffeisen Bank Aval will start working in a normal mode with a lunch break needed for obligatory anti-epidemic measures.

We will also cancel an obligatory preliminary appointment demand for clients of urban branches. Now practically in the entire branch network of the bank clients will be served in the order in which they come. For the convenience of our private and Business Banking clients, preliminary appointments for servicing in branches will be still accessible. The clients may be registered through the Information Center (the unified special line for registration for a visit to a branch is  0 800 501 900, free all around Ukraine) and via our viber-chat.

Please mind that with a view to the current epidemiological situation, quarantine restrictions for the working mode of our branches operating in Zakarpattia, Rivne, Volyn and Chernivtsi regions and in the Basic branch in Ivano-Frankivsk will still be valid.

As earlier, a visit to the bank’s branches is allowed only for the customers having protective face masks on. The visitors should wait for their turn outside at a safe distance of no less than 1.5-2 meters from one another. No more than 3-5 persons may be present at the bank branch’s premises at the same time being at a safe distance  of 1.5-2 meters from one another.
