Reminder about the end of credit holidays

Dear customers, we remind you that the credit holidays introduced at our bank for the period of the quarantine expired in May. Therefore, automatic cancellation of mandatory monthly payments, as well as reduced interest rates under cash loans and credit cards, are no longer in effect since June.

However, our bank, as before, shall not accrue fines and penalties for past due payments of loans until the end of June. The terms of loan repayment set on the basis of the borrowers’ individual applications continue to be in effect.

Those who had credit holidays with our bank and still experience difficulties with loan repayment can always contact the bank for an individual solution. Please, contact our Call Center for that purpose at: 0 800 500 500 (free of charge within Ukraine).
