Raif reminds its clients on timely data updates
The clients of Raiffeisen Bank Aval, like any other bank in Ukraine, are required to provide the bank with information regarding identification and verification of themselves and their representative according to the current legislation*.
Raif offers several channels for transmitting documents for updating client`s data. Choose the most convenient for you.
Both companies and individuals-entrepreneurs can use the following remote channels:

The following channels are available for individuals to update their data:
Raiffeisen Online - log in your account, click "More" section and select "Contact bank".
Bank Information Center - call 0 800 500 500.
Please note: without timely data updating, the bank has no right to conduct further financial transactions of the client. Therefore, please, after receiving a notification from the bank about re-identification, do not delay it and provide us with all necessary documents as soon as possible.
