Taking into account the recent spread of untrue informationwe emphasize that Raiffeisen Bank Aval will not change its name.

Raiffeisen Group is over 130 years old, and Raiffeisen Bank Aval has been operating in Ukraine for 28 years. For this period, we have occupied the leading position at the highly competitive market of financial services and built a recognizable brand.

We maintain our brand Raiffeisen Bank Aval, which philosophy is based on the main principles as follows: reliability, responsibility, transparency and loyalty to our customers.  We maintain our high ethical standards, European values and competence. At the same time, now we are introducing ease in everything we do, we are becoming more modern and flexible. That’s why we say: “Raif. It’s easier”.

This is our new positioning and key slogan, with which the bank will live and work over the next few years. This is our new style, new identity, which will help to emphasize our unique position and dynamically achieve easy accessibility and convenience of our services.

Our brand positioning is aimed at the future, where everything will be easy and clear and will be fewer complex processes, redundant steps and unclear papers every day.

We wish our clients feel ease in everything: in products and services, and their financial issues be solved quickly.
