Raif offered user-friendly payment service for business with PayByLink

In order to receive payments from buyers in an offline or online shop, from now on the entrepreneurs – customers of Raif can take advantage of PayByLink service to create an electronic invoice to pay for goods with a card online.

Are you just starting your business and have not installed a POS-terminal in your shop or have not configured the website with a full-fledged payment function yet? Then you can use the smartphone payment service.

To create an invoice with the help of PayByLink, it’s enough for Raif customers just to have a smartphone with a messenger – Viber, Telegram or Messenger.

In order to issue an invoice, an entrepreneur must:

  • Log in to Raiffeisen Business chatbot, enter the amount and purpose of payment, and a link to the payment will be generated as a result.
  • Send a link to the buyer who can pay the invoice with a pay card of any bank, after which the seller will receive a payment notification.

The service also has an additional function – to generate not only a link, but also a QR-code for payment, which is especially convenient for offline shops. The buyer will only have to scan the QR-code, after which he will get to the page of payment for the purchase with his/her card.

This alternative for payments does not carry any additional load on the buyer, and for the seller – it’s just 2.2% of the transaction amount (after the payment transaction in the Internet) – electronic invoice.

“The service was launched in January 2021, and we have already noticed customers’ high demand for the service”, tells Serhii Pavlenko, senior manager for business banking development of Business Banking Division, Raiffeisen Bank Aval.

According to him, such option of payment for the product or service by the buyer is convenient both for small offline shops, which have not installed POS terminals yet, and for entrepreneurs engaged in trading via Facebook and Instagram pages, which don’t have their own Internet shop with a basket and the capability of payment for the product on the website. This is also relevant for the entrepreneurs of the services sector, such as private dental practices, online training, etc.

For the activation of PayByLink service, you should:

  • have an open account in Raiffeisen Bank Aval in one of the service packages: Business Start, Business Classic, Business Comfort, Business Elite, Business Elite+,
  • connect the Internet acquiring service by Raif (the service tariff is 2.2%),
  • get registered in Raiffeisen Business chat bot.

When making payment by following the link, the Buyer need not worry about the transaction security and his personal data confidentiality. Ukrainian Processing Center is a permanent reliable acquiring partner of Raiffeisen Bank Aval, which technically ensures all the transactions related to the bank customers’ online payments.

The payment takes place on the Bank’s secure payment webpage, which meets all the security standards, as confirmed by Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay certificates.
