Raiffeisen Bank Aval continues with Digital Transformation Program
The trends of the latest years have demonstrated how readily customers are shifting to servicing in remote channels. “With the start of corona crisis we have been witnessing a much noticeable change in the customers’ behavior, who are actively shifting to online and digital channels. Such changes also occurred before this crisis, however, this process has now accelerated significantly. Customers visit branches more seldom and use mobile applications and Internet banking more often”, commented Oleksandr Pysaruk, Chairman of the Board of Raiffeisen Bank Aval.

Considering the current trends of the banking market development – shifting from traditional customer servicing via the branch network to implementation of up-to-date high-tech alternative channels, Raiffeisen Bank Aval will go forward with our branch network optimization and will schedule the closing of 60 branches in autumn 2020.
