The effective period of cards by Raiffeisen Bank Aval is prolonged for 90 days
Raiffeisen Bank Aval takes care of its customers and decided to prolong for 90 days the possibility to use the payment cards, the effective period of which is about to expire.
Without any additional applications to the bank, the customers automatically have the possibility to use such cards:
- in ATMs of Raiffeisen Bank Aval and other Banks on the territory of Ukraine;
- to make payments in shops with POS-terminals of Raiffeisen Bank Aval using the contact chip or mobile wallet;
- to make payments in online shops.
In shops with POS-terminals of other banks the payments with the contact card may be rejected due to the settings of the respective terminals.
Transactions in Raiffeisen Online with the payment cards, the effective period of which expired, are currently not available.
The bank’s customers are not obliged to apply to the branch of the bank to receive a new card and can use the existing card. The card with the new effective period will be issued automatically and the customers may receive the respective cards in the branch after the quarantine.
