Raiffeisen Bank Aval opened a branch of new type in Chernihiv
Chernihiv. April 5. – The ceremonial opening of the renovated Base branch of Raiffeisen Bank Aval took place in Chernihiv. From now on, the residents and guests of yet another Ukrainian city can carry out banking operations quicker and more comfortably. The address of the renovated branch is: 21 Peremohy prospect, Chernihiv.
Along with a new design, the branch acquired several up-to-date digital areas with tablets, computers and self-service terminals, as well as 24/7 self-service area with new cash-in ATMs. This will enable customers quickly pay for utility services, cash-in their accounts, manage card accounts, as well as carry out many other banking operations themselves, without standing in a queue. The digital ambassador will help customers cope with innovative digital applications and devices for self-servicing.
Robert Kossmann, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Raiffeisen Bank Aval, addressed those present with a welcome speech: “Over the last year, we already opened 15 branches based on a similar concept – this is the implementation of our new service quality standard, which we aspire to provide to all of the bank’s customers. Renovated branches of Raiffeisen Bank Aval will soon start operating in Dnipro, Bila Tserkva, Ternopil and Ivano-Frankivsk. The Bank also plans to continue renovation of its network in other cities as well.
