Important: a message about a change in the working hours of the Bank's branches
Caring for you and our staff remains the main priority in the work of Raiffeisen Bank Aval. We are monitoring the development of the situation and we have implemented additional measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
The bank branch and all the bank systems are currently operating, and we have implemented a number of extra measures for their smooth operation.
We make the working schedule of branches more comfortable for our customers.
From this moment, most of branches will be opened to 18:00, and a part of branches will work without a lunch-break, mainly in cities (upon the condition of service breaks for employees during 45 and 15 minutes).
You can also notice service breaks in separate branches for taking the preventive measures, because Raif cares about your and employees’ safety during the quarantine.

We kindly remind you that you may always fix the consultation in the branch through our Call Center by phone number 0 800 500 500, and we also have a chat in Viber for fixing the meeting (chat is available from Monday to Friday 09:00 – 20:00 without a break).
Starting from 01.06.2020 Raiffeisen Bank Aval is returning to the standard mode of operation with the temporary introduction of a break for mandatory anti-epidemic measures for your safety.

Want to pick up the card, but do not have time during working hours? Good news! In the test mode 2 branches with the extended schedule of work in Kyiv worked and 2 more branches in Dnipro and in Kharkiv. Branches work with clients from 9:00 to 19:00, the work of the box office is extended to 18:00. Also, from 05.09.2020, branches in Kiev, Belaya Tserkov, Dnipro begin to work for PI clients on Saturdays. Branches work with clients from 10:00 to 16:00, cashdesk work from 10:00-16:00, without break. You can pay attention to technical breaks in some departments for preventive measures. We take care of customers and staff, so we provide additional cleaning and ventilation and disinfection of premises during the hours of the offices.
We cancelled the mandatory preliminary appointments for branches in cities, the customers will be serviced according to the live queue. Private and business customers will be able to make optional appointments for servicing in the branch via Call Center and Viber-chat at their discretion.
Starting from 15.06.2020 branches located in Zakarpattia, Rivne, Volyn, Bazove branch (Ivano-Frankivsk), return to the standart mode of work with the mandatory break for obligatory anti-epidemic measures.
Visitors should wait for their turn to be served outdoors, while keeping a secure distance of no less than 1.5-2 meters from one another.
Please mind the required restriction of a number of visitors in a branch premises: simultaneously no more than 3-5 persons being at a secure distance of 1.5-2 meters from one another.

You can also notice some changes in the work schedule of our branches, so as we make additional technical breaks for disinfection and ventilation of the premises.
We care about the health of everyone, and starting from 24 March, have been introduced some new rules:
• Entry to a branch is allowed only to persons wearing protective face masks. So, we demand you to put on protective masks each time you visit our bank’s branches.
• Visitors without a protective mask or with any signs of a respiratory infection are not admitted.
