Friends, from June 15, our bank restores the normal operation of branches. Our offices will work on a standard schedule with a lunch break for anti-epidemic measures.

All city offices cancel pre-registration through the Information Center. Please note that you can always make an appointment for a consultation at 0 800 500 500 (free of charge within Ukraine) or through our viber-chat to go without queuing.

⚠ Entry to the bank branch is allowed only in protective masks. So don't forget that. 😉 In the room, try to be at a safe distance of 1.5-2 m from other visitors.

We ask you to treat preventive measures with understanding and, if possible, to solve financial issues online. 🙏
