An individual –resident can make the operations of foreign currency transfer abroad within an Е-limit during a calendar year for the total amount, which may not exceed EUR 100 000 (in the equivalent) inclusive.
Use the service of funds transfer abroad within an Е-limit for the following types of foreign currency operations:
The service related to sending and receiving transfers via Western Union/Aval-Express/Meest (receiving only) is provided on the terms and conditions of adhesion contract, which is an application for the transfer sending/receipt according to the form defined by Western Union or by the Bank. The application for the transfer sending/receipt may not be changed or amended.
The Customer- initiator of the transfer has the right to refuse to conclude the agreement before the funds under the transfer are provided to the cash-desk of the Bank.
The amount of costs subject to payment by the customer and/or the procedure of its calculation, including taxes, are defined in the Tariffs:

Out-of-court consideration of the customers’ complaints is carried out through the consideration by the Bank of the customers’ complaints and applications according to the procedure and within the period defined in the law of Ukraine On applications of citizens.
The guarantee funds and compensation schemes are not stipulated in the law of Ukraine as regards the provision of the respective service to the Customer (unless the amount of the transfer is credited to the customer’s account opened in the Bank).

The service related to the cashless transfers to the benefit of the payees, which were initiated by the holders of the payment cards of the international payment systems Visa/MasterCard, issued by the banks other than Raiffeisen Bank Aval JSC, is provided on the terms and conditions of adhesion contract, which is concluded through the acceptance of the Public offer by the customer.
The agreement may not be changed or amended.
After the entering of all information required for the money transfer (including, passwords) on the Bank’s website, the Customer-initiator of the transfer may not refuse to conclude the agreement.

The Deposits Guarantee fund guarantees the reimbursement of the customer’s funds under his/her accounts opened in the Ukrainian banks.
