Raiffeisen helps – UAH 1 mln to be raised

Raiffeisen Bank Aval in cooperation with Visa partner company continue supporting Ukrainian health workers and propose to join a charitable campaign “Raiffeisen helps – UAH 1 000 000 to be raised”.

All holders of Raiffeisen Bank Aval’s Visa cards are invited to join this goodwill initiative: after each your purchase* amounted from UAH 100, the bank will transfer one hryvnia for acquiring protection means for health workers who are now helping all of us to fight with the coronavirus.

UAH 1 000 000 raised with your support will permit to purchase required safety gear for the following four hospitals:

· Zhytomyr Regional Clinic Hospital after O.Herbachevskiy;

· Lviv Clinic Railway Hospital;

· Central Izium City Hospital in Kharkiv region;

· Kherson Regional Infectious Hospital.

Please make settlements with your Raiffeisen Bank Aval’s Visa card, and we will jointly support our medics in this difficult time. You’re welcome to join us!

The charitable campaign starts on 8 April, 2020 and lasts till the entire sum of UAH 1,000,000 is raised, which will be distributed by UAH 250,000 to each hospital mentioned.

*During a fund-raising period within the charitable campaign, the Bank will take into account settlements with Raiffeisen Bank Aval’s Visa cards for the amount from UAH 100, made for payment of goods and services in trade chains and Internet, apart from fund transfers to accounts of private individuals and/or legal entities carried out in the Bank and/or other financial institutions of Ukraine, including card-to-card transfers and the like. 

The campaign is held on the territory of Ukraine (except for the territory recognized as temporarily occupied, namely: the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, according to the Law of Ukraine “About ensuring rights and freedoms of citizens on a temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine” dated 15.04.2014, No.1207-VII), as well as in a number of locations on the territory of Donetsk and Luhansk regions (based on the Order about implementation of the decision of the National Safety and Defense Council “About prompt measures to resist a terrorist threat and preserve the territorial integrity of Ukraine”, signed on 13 April, 2014, and the Resolution of the Parliament of Ukraine  “About recognition of separate rayons, cities, towns and villages in Donetsk and Luhansk regions as temporarily occupied territories" dated 17.03.2015,No.254-VIII.).
