For information: Raiffeisen Bank Aval's network will operate normally
Dear clients!
Considering the introduction of new measures taken by of the Government of Ukraine in order to prevent COVID-19 epidemic in January, we would like to inform you about the following:
Raif continues to provide all its services as before: our branches, ATMs, POS-terminals as well as Internet banking, Information Center and back office work as usual.
At the same time, we recommend, if possible, to use remote channels for obtaining banking services to prevent the aggravation of epidemiological situation in Ukraine:
- for individuals – Raiffeisen Online;
- for Business Clients and corporate business – new Raiffeisen Business Online;
- online payments on our website – https://www.aval.ua/onlajn-platezhi.
Please notify that during holidays Raif branches will work according to the following schedule:
- December 30 – standard Wednesday working hours of the bank;
- December 31 – all Raif branches will work until 12:00 pm. The following operations will be possible in all branches:
• currency exchange operations;
• payments to accounts opened in Raiffeisen Bank Aval (including loan repayments), accounts of State Treasury of Ukraine;
- January 1 and 2 – not all Raif branches will be open;
- January 4 – standard Monday working hours;
- January 5 – standard working hours;
- January 6 – standard Wednesday schedule at the bank, reduced by 1 hour;
- January 7, 8 and 9 – not all Raif branches will be open;
- January 16 – standard Friday working hours of the bank.
To avoid queues, you can always pre-register for a consultation at the branch with our Bank Information Center: 0 800 500 500.
As before, we also advise you to make non-cash payments in retail chains by card or mobile wallet and to follow general rules of hygiene.
